Welcome
Blockchain.. besides the facts and theories, for a few of you, it might be just a new technical jargon with much hype. And for some of you, it might be a new exclusive technology for cryptocurrencies. Beyond that, most of you would be much familiar with bitcoin. The popularity of bitcoin has heightened exponentially, along with a curiosity about a decentralized trust-free payment system with no intermediaries or central banks.
Although blockchain was introduced as the backend technology of Bitcoin, blockchain itself has already gained its traction. Through decentralized applications and smart contracts, blockchain technology has proved its immense potential to be the new internet and the future of many disruptive business models.
How does this system work? How can we build a trust-free ecosystem without any central servers or trusted third parties? What is a consensus? What do you mean by mining? What varieties of blockchains do we have? How do they differ? Can we have hands-on experience with these blockchains?
The Certified Blockchain Associate (CBA), is an introductory course that tries to answer these questions and much more. This course will help you to gain more insights into this technology.
This course is open to students, entrepreneurs, technocrats and anyone who is enthusiastic. This course will help you think of new business models or re-position the existing ones with blockchain.
This will be your first step into this new world of computing..!!
